Goal I: The City of Fayetteville will be a city invested in today and tomorrow.
Executive Summary:
City Council requested an annual update of activities by the UDO/Housing Committee for the 2024 calendar year.
Background:
The UDO/Housing Committee was appointed by the Mayor and has three goals:
• Understand and continuously improve the customer experience for the development and construction processes from beginning to end,
• Work on issues and current practices, and effectuate change that furthers attainable housing,
• As a committee, inform the City Council and the public.
Issues/Analysis:
None.
Budget Impact:
None.
Options:
1. Receive the report as presented.
2. Do not receive the report and provide guidance to staff.
Recommended Action:
Staff recommends that Council move to receive the report as presented.
