Bid was received for the purchase of the Annual Contract for Sodium Hypochlorite. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the best interest of PWC is Oltrin Solutions, LLC, Hamlet, NC, for the total amount of $1,433,750.00.
Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on May 14, 2025, approved the award for the purchase of the Annual Contact for Sodium Hypochlorite to Oltrin Solutions, LLC, Hamlet, NC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the best interest of PWC, in the total amount of $1,433,750.00.

Recommended Action:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends the Fayetteville City Council approve the bid recommendation to award the contract for the purchase of the Annual Contract for Sodium Hypochlorite to Oltrin Solutions, LLC, Hamlet, NC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the best interest of PWC, in the total amount of $1,433,750.00 and authorize the CEO/General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to execute for that purpose the contract for its purchase.
