Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on April 10, 2024, approved the bid recommendation to award the purchase of Distribution Transformers Three Phase Pad Mounts to Alpha Plotter, LLC, Greenville, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the total amount of $787,188.10. The Commission also approved to forward this recommendation to City Council for approval.

The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends the Fayetteville City Council approve the bid recommendation to award the purchase of Distribution Transformers Three Phase Pad Mounts to Alpha Plotter, LLC, Greenville, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interests of PWC, in the total amount of $767,188.10, and authorize the CEO and General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to execute for that purpose the contract for its purchase.
