Bid was received for the construction of Readvertisement Butler Warner Generation Plant Gas Line Replacement Project. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the best interest of PWC is Directional Services Inc., dba Cinterra, Hope Mills, NC, in the total amount of $850,000.00.
Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on September 25, 2024, approved the construction award for Readvertisement Butler Warner Generation Plant Gas Line Replacement Project to Directional Services Inc., dba Cinterra, Hope Mills, NC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the best interest of PWC, in the total amount of $850,000.00. The Commission also approved to forward this recommendation to City Council for approval.

The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends the Fayetteville City Council approve the bid recommendation to award the contract for the construction of Readvertisement Butler Warner Generation Plant Gas Line Replacement Project to Directional Services Inc., dba Cinterra, Hope Mills, NC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the best interest of PWC, in the total amount of $850,000.00 and authorize the CEO and General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to execute for that purpose the contract for its construction.
