Executive Summary:
Council is asked to authorize the execution of an engineering service contract for professional services for $651,885.00 for Phase II Part B Watershed Study for Cross Creek as part of the Watershed Master Plan program to the consulting firm Hazen Sawyer.
This qualification-based selection of Hazen Sawyer is utilizing the City’s On-Call Professional Engineering Services for Comprehensive Stormwater Watershed Studies.
Background:
Hazen Sawyer has provided professional services to the Watershed Master Plan program since the beginning.
Budget for professional services for this was included in Council’s adopted FY24 budget utilizing Stormwater Enterprise Funds.
Issues/Analysis:
None
Budget Impact:
There is no impact to the General Fund. Budget for Phase II Part B Watershed Study for Cross Creek as part of the Watershed Master Plan program was included in Council’s adopted FY24 budget utilizing Stormwater Enterprise Funds.
Options:
1. Authorize the execution of an engineering service contract for professional services for $651,885.00 for Phase II Part B Watershed Study for Cross Creek as part of the Watershed Master Plan program to the consulting firm Hazen Sawyer.
2. Do not authorize the execution of an engineering service contract for professional services for $651,885.00 for Phase II Part B Watershed Study for Cross Creek as part of the Watershed Master Plan program to the consulting firm Hazen Sawyer and provide further direction to staff.
Recommended Action:
