Background:
Preliminary Assessment Notices were mailed on April 28, 2026 informing property owners of their Assessments and Public Hearing date. A notice was published in the Fayetteville Observer on May 1, 2026 for the Preparation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll and Public Hearing.
