Executive Summary:
Bids were received for the Ann Street to Green Street Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project. The recommended lowest responsive, responsible bidder is T. A. Loving Company, Goldsboro, NC, in the total amount of $1,275,000.00


Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on September 14, 2022, approved the bid recommendation to award the contract for the Ann Street to Green Street Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project to T. A. Loving Company, Goldsboro, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, in the total amount of $1,275,000.00, and authorized staff to forward this recommendation to the City Council for approval.

Issues/Analysis:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on September 14, 2022, approved the bid recommendation to award the contract for the Ann Street to Green Street Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project to T. Loving Company, Goldsboro, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, in the total amount of $1,275,000.00, and authorized staff to forward this recommendation to the City Council for approval. Budget Impact:
This project is funded through the Hurricane Matthew CPF (CPR1000332). The total contract amount is $1,275,000.00. The project costs will be refunded by FEMA.
