Executive Summary:
Create a policy that requires after action reviews within 30 days of a City funded community event. The review should include:
• What went well
• Areas for improvement
• Unaddressed red flags
• Lessons learned
• Total cost of the event to include city funds, city in-kind, outside funding, outside in-kind
I would like the first after action review to be of the Fayetteville NEXT's 910 Future Fest that was held on September 26, 2026.
