A bid was received for purchase of the Materials Contract for Construction Ops and Storms. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and in the best interest of PWC, is Crowder Trucking LLC, Fayetteville, NC, for the total amount of $264,700.00.
Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during the meeting on April 8, 2026, approved the purchase award recommendation for the Materials Contract for Construction Ops and Storms to Crowder Trucking LLC, Fayetteville, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interests of PWC in the total amount of $264,700.00, and forward to City Council for approval.

SDBE / SLS PARTICIPATION: Crowder Trucking LLC., Fayetteville, NC, is a small local supplier and a certified SDBE Business. Crowder Trucking LLC anticipates $9,000.00 in certified SDBE spend. This project is 100% SDBE, SLS, and local spend.
