Executive Summary:
Council is asked to receive a presentation on the proposed Substantial Amendments to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan and the 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP). Council adopted the 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan at the May 14, 2021, Council Regular Meeting, and adopted the 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan at the April 28, 2025, Council Regular Meeting. Since that time, the City has been notified of a revised HOME-ARP award for the 2021-2022 program year, as well as additional program income for the 2025-2026 program year. The change in funding amounts requires the City to amend both the 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan and the 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan.
