Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on October 23, 2024, approved the construction award for the Rockfish B4.9 Solar Utility Station to River City Construction Inc., Washington, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, in the best interest of PWC, in the total amount of $6,485,706.00. The Commission also approved to forward this recommendation to City Council for approval.
