Executive Summary:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission requests the Fayetteville City Council to authorize the Condemnation of Easements and Delegate Authority to the General Manager in Accordance with N.C.G.S. 160A-12.  
 
 
Background:  
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission during their meeting on February 12, 2025, adopted PWC Resolution # PWC2025.03, approving to condemn Easement Parcels Phase V Annexation, Area 21 East, Section 2.  The Fayetteville Public Works Commission requests the Fayetteville City Council to approve the condemnation of parcels as listed below.

Recommended Action:  
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends the Fayetteville City Council authorize the Condemnation of Easements and the Delegation of Authority to the General Manager in Accordance with N.C.G.S. 160A-12 and authorize the General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to executive for that purpose the contract for its construction.
