Executive Summary:
NCGS ?160A-299 gives authority and procedures for the City to permanently close a city street or alley. The City of Fayetteville has received a petition from Helen R. Staff proposes to set the public hearing for September 22, 2025, in accordance with statutory requirements. A resolution and map of the proposed closing are attached for reference.
