Executive Summary:
The presentation will include a quick look at the Employer of Choice framework and progress made. The presentation will focus on the history of our compensation plan, with special attention to compression, and what we may be recommending this year.
Background:
The City Council voted to “move forward” the Employer of Choice framework on January 4, 2021.
Issues/Analysis:
Compression has occurred in the past because of decisions made during those times. We do have a plan moving forward to avoid any further compression issues.
