Executive Summary:
The City Council placed a ballot measure seeking authorization of the issuance of up to $25 million in General Obligation Bonds to support capital investments in public infrastructure on November 8, 2022, ballot. The bond authorization measure was subsequently approved by voters for "various transportation related improvements inside and outside the corporate limits of the City, including, without limitation, street, road, mobility, sidewalk and streetscape improvements, bridges, bicycle lanes, curbs and drains, traffic controls, and greenways, and the acquisition of any related land, rights of way, and equipment".
With the approval of the City's fiscal year 2024, 2025, and 2026 budget, $22.9 million have been appropriated by the Council thus far. The following staff report will provide details, expenditures/commitments to date, and schedules of the projects these proceeds are funding.

Street Resurfacing:
Street resurfacing was proposed to Council and approved to be completed in three phases on March 23, 2023. The three phases were to coincide with the FY24, FY25, and FY26 budget cycles. To date $14,958,784 in funding has been appropriated with $14,417,272.74 expended/committed. Phase Details are as follows:
