Executive Summary:
Bids were received for the Annual Material Contract for Construction Operations and Storms. The lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interests of PWC is Crowder Trucking, Fayetteville, NC in the total amount of $509,967.50


Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission during their meeting on February 12, 2025, approved the bid recommendation to award the Annual Material Contract for Construction Operations and Storm to Crowder Trucking, Fayetteville, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interests of PWC, in the total amount of $509,967.50, The Commission also approved to forward this recommendation to City Council for approval.
