Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during the meeting on May 13,2026, approved the purchase award for the Water Treatment and Water Reclamation Chemicals Annual Contract Year 2026 and forward to City Council for approval.

Issues/Analysis:
The Commission is asked to approve multiple awards for purchase of water treatment and water reclamation chemicals. Notice of the bid was advertised through PWC's normal channels on April 2, 2026, with a bid opening date of April 29, 2026. Bids were solicited from sixteen (16) vendors and PWC received sixteen (16) bids. Bidders were not required to bid on each chemical.
