The Fayetteville Public Works Commission requests the Fayetteville City Council to adopt a resolution approving the License Agreement with Alltell Corporation (d/b/a Verizon Wireless) for use of space on the Water Tower located at 601 Castle Rising Road and authorize entry into a contract for the same
Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission during their meeting on February 12, 2025, adopted PWC Resolution # PWC2025.05, approving a license agreement with Alltell Corporation (d/b/a Verizon Wireless) for use of space on the Water Tower located at 601 Castle Rising Road and Authorizing the entry into a contract for the same. The Fayetteville Public Works Commission requests the Fayetteville City Council to adopt a similar resolution at its February 24, 2024, meeting.

Recommended Action:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends the Fayetteville City Council adopt a resolution approving the License Agreement with Alltell Corporation (d/b/a Verizon Wireless) for use of space on the Water Tower located at 601 Castle Rising Road and authorize entry into a contract for the same and authorize the General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to executive for that purpose the contract for its construction.
