Executive Summary:
City Council is asked to approve a voluntary reduction of future HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding totaling $321,446.21, subject to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approval, to resolve two legacy HOME findings requiring corrective financial action, and authorize the Mayor and City Manager, as appropriate, to execute all necessary documentation.

Staff presented the findings, corrective actions completed to strengthen HOME Program compliance, and the proposed financial resolution approach at the June 1, 2026, City Council Work Session.
