Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Inc., requests a Permanent Pipeline Easement, Temporary Construction Easements, and a Revocable License Agreement
Background:
In exchange for thirty-eight thousand seven hundred twenty and 52/100 dollars ($38,720.52), Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Inc. is seeking to acquire a permanent pipeline easement, certain temporary construction easements, and license rights under a revocable license agreement, with respect to certain tracts of land over which the Fayetteville Public Works Commission exercises management and control of its utility operations but which is titled in the name of the City of Fayetteville.
