Executive Summary:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC) negotiated a Fourth Amendment to Lease with Softact Solutions, LLC for Suite 102 of the R. C. Williams Building for an annual rent of $37,854.36.
Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on December 11, 2024, approved the Fourth Amendment to Lease of Suite 102 of the R. C. Williams Building to Softact Solutions, LLC (“Lessee”). The Lease amendment is for two (2) years. Lessee has agreed to an annual rent rate of $37,584.36 with a 3% escalation annually, with a three-year renewal option at a 3% escalation annually.
