Executive Summary:

The Fayetteville Police Department will provide a Wrecker Review Board presentation to City Council.

 

Background: 

City Council ask that the Wrecker Review Board provide a presentation. The Wrecker Review Board is responsible for hearing the evidence presented by the Wrecker Inspector, appellant, and others in regards to Wrecker Permits, and violations involving Chapter 24 of the City Code. After hearing the evidence from all parties, a decision is made concerning the action to be taken in the case.
