Executive Summary:
The City of Fayetteville was granted 1.53 acres off Westcliff Road from CRA Home Builders, Inc. on December 2, 2008. The property is currently on the Surplus Property Interest List on the City's website. The City has received a bid amount of $6,600.00 on the property. The City has never developed the property and has no plans to utilize the lot.

Background:
The City of Fayetteville acquired 1.53 acres off Westcliff Road by donation from CRA Home Builders, Inc. on December 2, 2008. This property is a remaining unused parcel. Bulldoodle Enterprises, LLC has submitted a bid form and deposit in the amount of $330.00 for the subject property. The property is listed on the Surplus Property Interest List with a minimum bid of $6,600.00. Bulldoodle Enterprises, LLC has submitted a bid in the amount of $6,600.00. N.C.G.S. ?160A-269 gives authority and procedures for the upset bid process.
