This item supports the City's strategic priority of Financial Stewardship and Organizational Excellence by promoting transparency, long-term financial sustainability, and responsible debt management practices.

Executive Summary:
David Cheatwood, Managing Director of First Tryon Advisors, will provide an overview of the City's debt issuance process, credit profile, debt capacity, and overall debt management strategy. The presentation will summarize the City's current debt portfolio, available borrowing capacity, and projected financing needs within the Capital Improvement Program, as well as current market conditions and interest rate trends.
This update supports the City's commitment to financial stewardship and long-term sustainability. No Council action is requested.
