Executive Summary:

City Council is asked to receive a report indicating the various development incentives offered by the City of Fayetteville and our peer cities in North Carolina.

 

 

Background: 

At its May meeting, the UDO/Housing Committee received a presentation of development incentives offered by the City of Fayetteville and our peer cities in North Carolina. The Committee recommended this presentation be provided to the full Council at the June work session.

 

Development incentives are a valuable tool by which municipalities can encourage growth.

1.  Receive the presentation
