Executive Summary:
Providing a brief report on the activities of the Personnel Review Board for this fiscal year.
Background:
The Personnel Review Board is a board appointed by the City Council comprising of 2 citizens with first-hand experience supervising or managing employees and 4 citizens at-large who have knowledge and experience in the management of personnel. The purpose is to hear post-termination appeals regarding their dismissal. It is important to note that the recommendation of the board goes to the City Manager who makes the final decision on the appeal.

There has been only one hearing called for this fiscal year.
