Bids were received for the purchase of Water and Water Reclamation Chemicals. The recommended lowest responsive, responsible bidders meeting specifications are listed below (with the option to purchase additional quantities within a one-year period upon the agreement of both parties).
Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting of June 14, 2017, approved the following bid recommendation to award the purchase of Water and Water Reclamation Chemicals (with the option to purchase additional quantities within a one-year period upon the agreement of both parties) to the bidders listed below, the lowest responsible, responsive bidders meeting specifications and to forward to City Council for approval
Bids were received on May 4, 2017. The Recommended Bid Awards are listed below:
Oltrin Solutions, LLC, Hamlet, NC, low bidder in the amount of $377,000.00 for the purchase of approximately 3,250 tons of Sodium Hypochlorite 15%. Bids were solicited from thirty-six (36) bidders with four (4) bidders responding.
