Relationship To Strategic Plan:
1) This meeting aligns with Goal VI from 2018’s strategic plan (Citizen engagement and partnerships). During this meeting, we will seek to meet Objectives A, B and C in the following ways:
a. Provide information stations, staffed with points of contact throughout the city (Objective A)
b. Provide a moderated opportunity for the citizens to ask questions and receive real time information (when possible) (Objective B)
c. Educate citizens about some of the new implementations we have made such as FayFixIt, and other technology being used to streamline reporting and handling citizens concerns. (Objectives A/B)
d. We will host this and subsequent meetings of this nature in conjunction with other stakeholders throughout the city/county to join in the conversation with us and the citizens we represent
