Executive Summary:
Council meetings are currently governed by the Third Edition of the Suggested Rules of Procedure for a City Council. A fourth edition has been published which will require an amendment to the City Code.
Background:
Paragraph g. of Section 2-4 regarding the Suggested Rules of Procedure for a City Council currently references the Third Edition of the Suggested Rules of Procedure for a City Council. A fourth edition has been published and will require an amendment to the City Code. The language in the amendment has been worded to include the current edition and any future editions that may be published
