Executive Summary:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on July 11, 2018, authorized the transfer to the City of Fayetteville Tangible Personal Property at fair market value, as determined by a market survey conducted by the Fayetteville Public Works Commission staff, in accordance with G.S. 160A-274 and the restrictions set forth in Section 6A.16 of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission's Charter.
Background:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission, during their meeting on July 11, 2018, approved the transfer to the City of Fayetteville Tangible Personal Property at the fair market value, as determined by a market survey conducted by the staff, in accordance with G.S. 160A-274 and the restrictions set forth in Section 6A-16 of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission's Charter in exchange for payment of twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500) from the City of Fayetteville.
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission requests the City Council adopt a resolution authorizing the purchase of tangible personal property from the Fayetteville Public Works Commission in exchange for payment of twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500).
