Executive Summary:
Mr. Van Geons will provide an update regarding the availability of attractive sites for new development with an emphasis on the Military Business Park.
Background:
During the Council’s discussion regarding the potential for locating the Parks Sports Field project in the Military Business Park on June 4, 2018, Council requested an update on economic development activity at that location.
Issues/Analysis:
Staff has initiated further due diligence regarding the Military Business Park consistent with Council direction, but that information is not yet available.
