Executive Summary:
The applicant, Broadwell Land Company, has submitted a request for nine (9) parcels to be annexed into the city of Fayetteville as one project. With the request, the applicant is proposing to develop the area for a mixed-use community consisting of single-family, multi-family, and commercial over the next decade.

This initial zoning is one of three steps in this process, along with the annexation petition and Development Agreement. In 2015, these properties were rezoned to a Mixed-Use/Conditional Zoning by the Cumberland County Commissioners.

Background:
