The Public Hearing was held to receive public comment on April 23, 2019. The final step in the assessment process for Areas 18 and 19 is to consider adoption of the Resolution Confirming Assessment Roll and Levying Assessments.
Background:
I am enclosing the Resolution Confirming Assessment Roll and Levying Assessments for inclusion on the May 13, 2019, City Council Agenda. The Preliminary Assessment Roll was made available at the City Clerk’s office for review by property owners and the Public Hearing was held on April 23, 2019.
