Executive Summary:
Under the guidance of Major General (Retired) Al Aycock, the ad-hoc mayoral appointed citizen committee met for approximately one year, from May 2018 to April 2019, for a total of 21 meetings. Chairman Aycock will present works of the task force to the City Council.



Background:
After several months of organizing a citizen led task force, Mayor Mitchell Colvin presented the charge to review and recommend process decision adjustments, city-initiated zoning map amendment, and related board compositions connected to the City of Fayetteville's Code of Ordinances, Chapter 30 - Unified Development Ordinance.
