Executive Summary:
Adopting the Resolution Directing Construction of Areas 26 and 27 of the Phase 5 Annexation Utility Improvement Project be Undertaken is part of the statutory requirement process for providing sewer to this Phase 5 Annexation area.
Background:
As part of the statutory requirements for annexation procedures, City Council approved Resolution Number 029 in their meeting on April 26, 2021. A Public Hearing was held on May 24, 2021 to hear public comment regarding the project. The next step is to adopt the Resolution Directing Construction of Areas 26 and 27 of the Phase 5 Annexation Utility Improvement Project be Undertaken.
