The City Council Scorecard and the strategic plan for a city are closely related and interdependent. The Scorecard aligns with the strategic goals, measuring progress and performance in specific areas outlined in the plan. By providing tangible and measurable data, the Scorecard ensures the city stays on track towards its long-term vision and fosters a thriving community.
