Relationship To Strategic Plan:
Goal 1: Safe and Secure Community
Goal 3: High Quality Built Environment
Goal 4: Desirable Place to Live, Work, and Recreate
Executive Summary:
Council is asked to adopt Capital Project Ordinance Amendments (CPOA) 2024-11 to appropriate funding from the Stormwater Capital Fund in the amount of $476,179 to cover the local match of $326,927 and additional funding of $149,252 needed in CPOA 2024-10 for the Neville Street Drainage Improvement Program.

CPOA 2024-10 appropriates the $476,179 from CPOA 2024-11 and the $ 966,524 PWC funds provided for the related utility improvements, as outlined in the attached reimbursable agreement. CPOA 2024-10 also reduces the FEMA grant funds by $326,927 to represent the funding actually received by the FEMA grant.

These CPOAs provide funding for the local match and PWC related items.
