Executive Summary:
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission adopted PWC Resolution - PWC2024.02 - Tentative Award of Bid Contract to SAK Construction, LLC, O-Fallon, MO, in the total amount of $2,925,905.00, and requests the Fayetteville City Council authorize a similar resolution approving the same.



Background:
On March 13, 2024, the Fayetteville Public Works Commission adopted PWC Resolution PWC2024.02, approving the tentative award of bid contract to SAK Construction, LLC, O'Fallon, MO, in the total amount of $2,925,905.00, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, and requests the Fayetteville City Council adopt a similar resolution approving the same.

Issues/Analysis:
This project consists of rehabilitating approximately 72, 800 linear feet of existing concrete, clay, cast iron, and other various sewer mains, utilizing a cured -in -place liner. Work shall include bypass pumping, removal, and replacement of manhole cones and/ or riser sections, cleaning the main, pre and post television inspection, site restoration, and all other items necessary to provide a complete project, with associated appurtenances, as described in these Contract Documents.
